The Meaning of The Glorious KALIMAH

The Meaning of the Glorious Kalima At-Tayyibah [ KALIMAH TAUHID].

It is the Command of Almighty Allah SWT that we have to establish our Knowledge into the understanding of the KALIMAH , one has to seek the knowledge from its experts as RasoolAllah SAW named them as " AHLI  LA ILAHA ILLALLAH" [ In one of the hadis related by Ibn umar (RA) about a lenghty hadis relating the significance and meritorious rewards of the AHLI LA ILAHA ILLALLAH.
The Emphasize made by Almighty Allah SWT in Surah Muhammad Verse 19

Fa'laam Anahu LA ILAHA ILLALLAH [ Know { Establish your Knowledge } about the { KALIMAH} LA ILAHA ILLALLAH} -
This verse clearly refers one to acquire the knowledge of the KALIMAH and become the AHLI of the KALIMAH as stated by the hadis of the Prophet SAW [ to be the ahli LA ILAHA ILLALLAH one has know the Kalimah , Recite the KALIMAH , Live with the Kalimah , Apply the KALIMAH , Practice the KALIMAH , Think and ponder of the KALIMAH at moments of Life to be included among the people of the KALIMAH which is the AHLI KALIMAH.

La Ilaha Illallah Muhammadur Rasoolullah -- This is called as the Kalimath -At-Tauhid. It is also called as Kalima at-tayyibah, Da'wati Kalima etc. It is also refered to as the Kalima Shahada [ KALIMAH of WITNESS], as it insists on bearing witness to the truth it is conveying [ The witness is on the basis of Witnessing by Knowledge - WIsdom - Knowledge of Reality, Secrets behind the Creations that leads you to know the Power , Supremacy and Majesty of Almighty Allah] , the knowledge of the KALIMAH is so vast that the Knowledge brought along with this KALIMAH by 124,000 Prophets and Messengers is the absolute evidence of the Ocean of knowledge behind the KALIMAH. It is a mine of knowledge , an ocean of Knowledge. Kalima is the basis of Islam. A person who accepts this kalima becomes a Muslim. Sufis say that the whole Qur'an is an explanation of this one statement. The basis of Sufism is this kalima. It comprises of two parts - Uloohiyath and Risalath. The first part of the Kalima which is discussed here, talks about the characterestics of Uloohiyath (which will be explained in this article) and the second part talks about the risalath (prophethood) of Muhammad pbuh. The following paragraphs are an effort to get an outline of what Uloohiyath means and how kalima thayyiba describes the relation between the creator and the creations i.e., Allah and us.

As a Muslim , we should be ashamed of not knowing our KALIMAH in detail and not having acquired the Knowlege of the KALIMAH , the first pillar of ISLAM. The Agreement and foundation of our faith in Allah SWT and solemn oath that we took with Almighty Allah SWT and the Witnessing of the two KALIMAH. RasoolAllah SAW took 13 years to teach the companions about the KALIMAH LA ILAHA ILLALLAH.

The 'La' in the kalima, negates or denies the existence of something. One should be careful in finding out what it negates or denies. If one says, that it denies the existence of 'Ilaha' (God), it is Kufr (disbelief). For there exists an "ilah". Ilah is the term used to denote one who is fit to be worship. If someone denies the existence of the creatures, it is also kufr. Because, in the first instance, the person is denying the existence of Allah and in the second instance, the person is denying the existence of creations. Both are wrong for they both exist, according to the Qur'an. In Qur'an Allah has established beyond any doubt the existence of creations. In the name of Sufism some people are denying the existence of creations which is certainly due to their wrong understanding. These false beliefs have brought disrepute to Sufism. May Allah save us all from that.

One cannot understand the correct meaning of kalima without researching it, without knowing the Knowledge , The Wisdom in the knowledge of Negation and affirmation , in the knowledge of the KALIMAH itself. Otherwise, one will fall in one of the above two kufrs (disbeliefs). We don't have the capacity to research this great Kalima and we are ordered by our Lord to ask the people who know. Allah directs us in the Qur'an, "Fas'alu ahla dhikri in kunthum laa tha'lamoon" (Ask the people of knowledge if you know not. Quran:21:8.) In another verse Allah says, "Arrahman fas'albihi khabeera" (Arrahman (The Gracious - denotes Allah) ask about Him to those who know. Quran: 25:59). So we have to seek the help of muhaqqiqeens (people of the truth) and arifeens (the known people) to understand the meaning of Kalima.

The Arieef Billah, [ The Gnostic of Knowledge of Almighty Allah The Arifeens have been so generous to explain the glorious meaning of the kalima to us. Arifeens who have been blessed with 'Ilme Ladhunni' (The knowledge offered by Allah) have explained that 'La' in the kalima thayyiba is neither rejecting Ilah (God) nor the Makhluq (creation). It rejects that the attributes of Ilah (Uloohiyath - the capacity to fulfill one's needs, exhibited by the creations are not their own. The word 'Illa', which does the work of Isbath (affirming), maintains (affirms) that the attributes which were rejected to be of the creations, belong only to Allah.
Precisely, the meaning of kalima could be put as follows: The attributes of Uloohiyath ( the capability to fulfill ones needs) which are exhibited by the creations are not their own but they belong only to Allah. Insha Allah, we will look into the kalima from this perspective.

We have been so blessed that Almighty Allah SWT blessed us from the oceans of Knowledge of The KALIMAH TAUHID, TAQWA , KALIMAH IMAN , KALIMAH IHSAN , KALIMAH IKHLAS and KALIMAH ULLOHIYAT and KALIMAT  RUBUBIYAT.

The Power of Zikirullah [ Remembrances of Allah]

THERE IS NO ACT GREATER THAN ZIKIRULLAH -  WALI ZIKIRULLAHI AKBAR [ Al Ankabut verse 45]

Zikir ( Remembrance of Allah) is the greatest thing in our life and a well tried  excellent method for purification of our heart. It also attract Divine Mercy and eradicates  all  diseases from heart, produces in it the love of Allah and creates  the consciousness of His Greatness; it brings us divine peace and satisfaction.  Allah the Almighty Himself asked us to remember Him as much as possible. Says the Holy Quran:
" O ye who believes remember Allah very often and glorify Him morning and evening." (33:41-2)Another verse says Quran says
" And when Salaat is finished then ye may disperse through the land and seek of the Bounty of Allah and celebrate the Praises of Allah much and often; they ye may prosper ( here as well as in the next world.)  (62-10)
In another verse the Holy Quran says the Dhikr imparts tranquility and peace to the mind and the soul.
" Behold in the Remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction." (13-28)

In a verse, men of Faith have specifically been warned not to forget Dhikr by getting absorbed in the wealth and the family
" O ye who believe let not your riches or your children divert you from the Remembrance of Allah if any act thus, the loss is their own." (63:9)
Allah the Almighty shows His kindness to those who remember Him. He said:
" Then do ye remember Me I will remember you." (2-152)

In a verse of the Holy Quran mentioning the qualities of pious servants and their reward, Allah says: " Men whom neither traffic nor merchandise can divert from Remembrance of Allah nor from regular Salaat, nor from regular practice of Zakaat. (24-37)
To quote a few Hadith about Dhikr, the Holy Prophet ( Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) says:
" There is a polish for everything, for the hearts it is Dhikr of Allah."
He has also said:
" Those who remember Allah and those who do not are like those who are alive and those who are dead." (i.e. who remember Allah and celebrate, His praises are alive and those who do not are dead.)
The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam) was once asked who would be the most exalted among the servants of Allah on the Last Day,  He (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam) replied
" Those who remember Allah, be they men or women."
The Holy Prophet ( Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) once advised one of his companions.
" Keep your tongue always employed in repeating the name of Allah."
Negligence towards Dhikr causes more and more retrogression. Those who close their hearts and tongues to Allah are deprived of all divine virtues, their hearts get hardened and they - become close associates of the devils. Look what the Holy   Quran says:

" He who turns away from the remembrance of His Lord He will cause him to undergo a severe Penalty."  (72-17)
In another verse it has been said:
" If anyone withdraws himself from the Remembrance of Allah Who is Most Gracious, He will appoint for him an evil one  to be intimate companion to him" ( 43-36)
In another verse it has been said:
" Woe to those whose hearts are hardened against remembering of Allah, they are manifestly wandering"  (39-22)
May Allah save us all from wandering, negligence and frogetfullness .

HOW TO ACQUIRE A CONSTANT STATE OF REMEMBRANCES OF ALLAH

We are surrounded by negative, evil forces that are trying to deviate us from the right path. To save ourselves from their grips  we must remember Allah in every  possible way. The more we remember Him the more benefited we are. The real Dhiker is that in whatever profession, state or cirumstances a Muslim may be, he should do his best to observe the commands of Allah that are intended for such a situation
" O ye who believe ! Let not your wealth and your children distract you from rembracne of Allah. (63:9) Thus whoever observes the commandments of Allah applicable to any given time under all circumstances and observe his responsibilities toward his family  and in other worldly affairs like buying and selling, carries out the Dhikr of Allah even while engages in them.

Dr Ismail Bin Hj Kassim  [01-01-2010].
To achieve the state of constant Remembrances of Allah Almighty, One must seek the Knowledge of Secret of Activtaing the Zikir of Deep being, from Ahlul Zikir,The highest and the required degree of Dhikr is to acquire such a solemn state of mind and heart in which we remain continuously full of remembrance of Allah and be never without His thought.  The state of permanent and all pervading God's consciousness is achieved only through continuously engaging the tongue and heart in Dhikr and devout servant of Allah no doubt, achieve this state. The daily five Salaats are no doubt the remembrance of Allah [ a solat without remembrance is not Solat] but Dhikr has got a wider sense termed as Solatu Dhaim [ A State of Constant Solat].  It includes all sorts of the praises, be they with tongue of heart i.e. Salaats, the recitation of Holy Quran, the other prayers, the repetition His sacred names and devoted contemplation on the signs of Allah and the like come under Dhikr.
The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam) says:
"Allah says when anyone remembers Me and his lips move in Dhikr I am by his side."

The Methods and Merits of Doing Zikir

The Methods of Dhikr, Remembrance of Allah

Zikirullah is one of the Most Meritorious act beloved to Allah SWT , that which pleases Almighty Allah SWT, from the time the first human was created untill the time of the Holy Prophet SAW , the emphasize on the act of Remembrance of Almighty Allah has been given so much important that it compels one to think is there any other act more important than this?.
Without Zikirullah , no worships become a worship of sense, value and weight in the sight of Almighty Allah.

There are a number of hadiths which are directly relevent to the methods of dhikr used by various Ahlulah , Sahabas, Ahlu Zikir, Ahlul Irfan , Arifeen, Wali Allah, Ahlu Tariq, Sufi turuq. The below titles "All 3 Postures Zikir is made incumbent," "Zikr in Assembly and in a Circle," "Zikir Saying `La ilaha illa Allah,'" "Zikir by saying `Allah,'" and "No Limits to doing Zhikir."

At all Postures in life  Zikir  is incumbent. [ The Remembrance of Allah Is Important].
The Qur'an says in meaning:
Lo! In the creation of the Heavens and the earth and in the night and day are tokens (of His sovereignty) for men of understanding, such as remember Allah, in standing, sitting, and reclining.  [Qur'an 3:190-191]

What this part of the Qur'an establishes is that posture is that performing Zikir at all instances and moments [ no matter what postures are we in] - standing, sitting, or reclining , not a second should pass by in our breath that we forget Zikirullah. And you can do Zikirullah standing , sitting  and reclining [ lying down].

Zikir in Assembly and in a Circle
The following ahadith is about those Sahaba who did Zikir in assembly and in a circle, and were praised by Rasulullah (s.a.w.) for it:
Hadhrat Abu Sa`eed Khudri relates that once Hadhrat Mu`awiyah visited the mosque and saw a circle (of reciters). He asked,
"What has made you sit?"
They said, "We have assembled here to Remember Allah."
He [Mu`awiyah] said, "By Allah you did not sit except for this purpose?"

They affirmed, "We did not sit except for this."
Hadhrat Mu`awiyah then told them, "I did not ask you to swear on account of any malice. None of you can match me for scanty narration of the Prophet (s.a.w.) (and as such have narrated very few traditions about him). The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) once visited a gathering of his companions and inquired,

`What has made you assemble here?'
They answered, `We have gathered to remember Allah and praise Him for having led us to Islam and granted this favour to us.'
The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) inquired, `Do you affirm by Allah that it is so?'
The Holy Prophet's Companions affirmed, `By Allah we are sitting here for this purpose only.'
He [the Prophet s.a.w.] said, `I have not put you on oath on account of any doubt, but angel Jibreel had visited me and told me that Allah felt proud of you among the angels.'"[From Sahih Muslim, and also in the Riyadh us-Saliheen of Imam Nawawi.]

[Quoted from Fiqh us-Sunnah compiled by As-Sayyid Sabiq, vol. 4, ch. 6.]

Doing Zikir by saying "La ilaha illa Allah"

Doing Dhikr by saying "Allah"
Many ignorant one criticize those on the Sufi path and the people of Zikir for doing too much dhikr. However, Ibn Abbas (r.a.) is related as having said there is no limit to dhikr.

The following quote taken  from the book "Fiqh us-Sunnah" by as-Sayyid Sabiq.
The saying of Ibn Abbas goes....
Ali b. Abi Talha relates that Ibn Abbas said, "All obligations imposed upon man by Allah are clearly marked and one is exempted from them in the presence of a genuine cause. The only exception is the obligatin of dhikr. Allah has set no specific limits for it, and under no circumstances is one allowed to be negligent of it. We are commanded to `remember Allah standing, sitting, and reclining on your sides,' [Qur'an 3:191] in the morning, during the day, at sea or on land, on journey or at home, in poverty and in prosperity, in sickness or in health, openly and secretly, and, in fact, at all times throughout one's life and in all circumstances."
Zikir is a very blessed practice, praised in the Qur'an and hadiths.
May Allah help bring us satisfaction in our hearts through remembrance of Him.
Say: "Truly Allah leaves to stray whom He will, but He guides to Himself those who turn to Him in penitence -- Those who believe, and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remebrance of Allah, for without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction.  [Qur'an 13:27-28]

The hadith I am aware of at present regarding this topic is the following....
The Prophet said, "The Hour will not arise before `Allah, Allah' is no longer said on earth."
[Sahih Muslim]

Ibn `Umar reported, "The Prophet, peace be upon him, said, `When you pass by a garden of paradise, avail yourselves of it.' The Companions asked, `What are the gardens of Paradise, O Messenger of Allah?" The Prophet, peace be upon him, replied, `The assemblies of dhikr[ Hallaqa Zikir]. There are some angels of Allah who go about looking for such assemblies of Zikir, and when they find them they surround them.'"

No Limits to doing Dhikr  Regarding using the names of Allah in dhikr,
Another hadith about saying `La ilaha illa Allah' for dhikr is this....
Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, "Renew your faith." "How can we renew our faith?" they asked. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said, "Say always, `La ilaha illa Allah'."
[From Ahmad, with a sound isnad. Quoted in Fiqh us-Sunnah compiled by as-Sayyid Sabiq, vol. 4, ch. 6.]  One of the ways of doing Zikir is by saying "La ilaha illa Allah." Here are some hadiths which mention this....
Hazrat Jabir relates that he heard the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) having said:
"The best remembrance of Allah is `La ilaha illa Allah.'"
[From Tirmidhi, also related in the Riyadh us-Saliheen of Imam Nawawi]
[It was related by al-Bukhari, and also by Muslim, at-Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah.  From "Forty Hadith Qudsi," selected and translated by Ezzeddin Ibrahim and (Dar Al-Koran Al-Kareem, Lebanon, 1980), hadith no. 15.]
There is also this important hadith about Zikir in general, and dhikr in an assembly:
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that the Prophet (may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: Allah the Almighty says:
I am as My servant thinks I am. I am with him when he makes mention of Me. If he makes mention of Me to himself, I make mention of him to Myself; and if he makes mention of Me in an assembly, I make mention of him in an assembly better than it. And if he draws near to Me a hand's span, I draw near to him an arm's length; and if he draws near to Me an arm's length, I draw near to him a fathom's length. And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him at speed.
Here is another hadith, which shows the benefit of doing Zikir in assembly.

Your Chose Your Destiny

What you are today is what you chose when you were in the state of your soul, in the world of Souls [ Alamul Arwah]. Every decision was made by you.

what you are today is not what Almighty choose for you but it was solely your own decision, If it was Almighty Allah's decision on you then anyone would say Almighty Allah is not justificable Lord. Indeed He is the Most Justice and The Most Beneficient One and The Most Kind One and would not in any way mean anything harmful and destructive to us.

Choose your destiny and position now rather regret in the day of judgement , choose to be with the Prophets and the Holy Ones and the path that lead you to jannah [paradise] rather than choosing your path to Hellfire together with accursed devil and the evil nafs [ Self].They are the inhabitants of the fire and if you choose to spend your life with them by following their rulings and temptations then you have chosen them to be your partners and associates when you assemble before your Lord. This the reality and truth.
If the entire world with all its inhabitants who lived in the past , living today and who will live in the future were to stand and bow to Almighty Allah in utter devotion and constant worship , not an atom of His Greatness will increase. And if all the inhabitants of the past , present moment , and the future lives were to disobey Almighty Allah SWT and turn against in worshiping Him, not even a slightest atom of His Majesty, Greatness , Supremacy will be affected in any slightest sense.

Therefore do not be proud and adamant if you are worshiping Almighty Allah instead be humble and be loyal with understanding it was you chose to be.

When you were in that Reality World you were more conscious than what you are here. You will realize it when you return there. To make you realize your promises Almighty Allah SWT sent 124,000 Prophets and Messengers to remind you again and again. But only few of us take the reminders serious and pursue a Divine path, being religious is not being Divine oriented ones, they are the people who seek Almighty Allah's pleasure and absolute acceptance. They seek to Know Him even before they Worship Almighty Allah SWT. They seek the path of sincerity, Why do see many muslims today are out of the track of being a good muslim, leave alone the topic of being a true believer , it is because they are not taught to be Divine Seekers , they are just taught about the laws and rules that make them tire and abandon the religion , they are faced with majority of the learned and teachers of religion who themselves are involved in sins and terrible mistakes that smear the good name of other muslims and the Holy Religion itself. They are bunch of dishonest , insincere , devil shaped faces of destroyer of good and true religion.

What you live up today , what you do today , what you believe today will be the destiny that you are going to receive in the hereafter whether you chose to be on the path to Hellfire or on the path to paradise. There is no single Soul to be blamed for what you earned out of your own cultivation in the gardens of the world. If you were involved in planting good deeds you will certainly reap good reaps.Or otherwise , if what you sow was not in favor to the Divine pleasure then you will have to bear on your own.

Truth About Reality On Zikirullah

If there is a command that emphasizes a greater connotation of higher degree of command and authority - it is

Zikirullah is the Most important element in all of our worships, without which the worship carries no quality and value, That is why greater emphasize is made about Zikirullah , without this element which is the main component of the worships no worship will have its weight and meaning. It will be valueless and carries no importance in the presence of Almighty Allah SWT.

Zikirullah is The Greatest Deed [ Al Quran]. All other worships and deeds in ISLAM has it cut off point. Zikirullah has no limit of time , place , moments and space to be stopped. Remembrance of Allah is a constant worship that is being ordered by Almighty Allah on every believing servant, whether they are old or young, boy or adolescent , man or woman , weak or strong , diseased or healthy ones , rich or poor , ignorant or learned , king or a beggar you are ordained to be in Zikirullah at all times at all places. Why is this order so important?. Because if you dont make Zikirullah, then syaitan and Evil Nafs will start their zikir in your heart and brain box untill you retire and even will start making all kind of movies in your sleep also.

And Almighty Allah SWT emphasize the greatness of the Remembrances of Allah on constant basis without anytime limit or barriers set. How could you achieve a state of constant ZIkirullah with your tongues and heart when you are engaged in daily rountinal activities of life and death matters.

How practical it is to do Zikirullah in prayers when you are supposed to be reading and reciting what you are ordered to do and that which are permitted to do. How would you be able to Remember Almighty Allah SWT as commanded in Al Quraan to Remember Him Constantly without any interruption, as commanded by The Almighty in Al Quran  on no  limits of ZIkirullah without forgetfulness and also as prescribed by The Holy Prophet SAW at all your moments and presence in life?. How could we do it?.

This is where the Sub Conscious method of Zikir with your heart is to be engaged and activated in the heart and in your breath.

Indeed Every creation is created by the Power of Divine Name and The Secret Name of Almighty's Noor and Tajjali of the Creative manifestation has been read and uttered over every creations. Without which they will be never be able to manifest or exists.Angels have been appointed over duties on all affairs of the creations as confirmed by Al Quran. Every plants , creations are ordered to be Tasbih, Tahmeed and Tahlil at all times. If plants are ordered to be in Zikirullah , imagine how important it is for humans to be in ZIkirullah. All creations on this earth are created to serve the Humans and so blessedly Humans are created for serving Almighty Lord.
Almighty Allah mentioned in  Quran, all of entire creation bears witness to Allah's Magnificence and they are engaged in constant Zikirullah [ continous tasbeeh , tahmeed , tahleel]

Sabahha Lilahi Mafi samawati wal ardhi wa Huwa Azizul Hakim [ Surah Al Jummaah Verse 1].
Each element and every particle of this universe is a masterpiece of creation and a marvellous manifestation of Allah's Greatness, their existence is maintained with least kind of maintainances and entirely under the complete control of Almighty Lord. His Glory expresses itself generously and overtly in the multifarious nature of creation. The earth and the heavens, along with their peculiar characteristics, and the creation they sustain, under regular systems and patterns set since the Beginning, contain innumerable signs pointing towards Allah's Greatness. All these proves to their serving and obeying the commands of Almighty Allah and their continuos Glorifying of Almighty Allah .Why then, despite this explicit expression, does the majority of mankind fail to envision His Greatness, feels no attraction towards Him, as well as disregards His authority?. There is a great secret of Loss of a Virtous blessings grabbed away from every human being's heart by the Power of evil and forgetfulness and ungratefulness. Human heart , his in depth being and brain has been completely capture by syaitan and devil lullaby to the extend he no more recognize the Divine Power which is very evident before his eyes. No man or any creation has been able to create even a single living leaf , a drop of water , and many miraculous beings before his very own eyes.

I am inclined to discuss about the greatness of creations of Glorifying Almighty Allah at all instances. There was a Frog that was engaged in the Remembrance of Almighty Allah to the extend it never ate anything for the last 70 days in its devotion to Almighty Allah's remembrance.

Allah has answered this question Himself, in that it requires a certain level of vision and wisdom to see, understand and correctly interpret these signs; this vision, perception and wisdom is produced by Allah's Zikr. The brain is a material creation, so therefore it can only perceive and address something tangible. It can discover the properties of various objects and blend them to make something new, i.e., mixing colours to create a rainbow, mixing  different ingredients, even in a specific ratio, to prepare delicious foods. It can arrange bricks and mortar to make beautiful homes, or assemble various parts and invent machines. The brain can process information to invent a rocket that can jet into the sky and to the moon and now preaparation underway to go to planets beyond mars. The brain can invenst rolce royes and mercedez and machines of futuristic nature, but can it just make a drop of blood to replace the dirty , polluted , diseased , contaminated , cancerous blood, nay he will never be able to do so in another million years or beyond. The brain can discover the needs and realise the comforts of its own body, as well as suggest the means to do so. It can also diagnose diseases of its body and even of itself and recommend their cures. In short, it can address everything that is associated with matter. But it cannot perceive anything beyond the Realm of Creation like the Divine Being, Divine Attributes, or other sublime realities. If the intellect could perceive them, it would be possible for every human being to realise Divine Greatness and there would be no further reason or requirement to depute Prophets. The advent of the prophets and Messengers of Almighty SWT sent to us are only for the purpose to think , ponder, meditate , ruminate , contemplate matters beyond our meaty brain and enhance the capacity of the heart and soul to reach the heaven. Human being will only realize this fact when they are brought before Almighty Allah's presence that their meaty brain has been the most useless tool to think anything about Reality, Truth and Divine Being and this meaty organ has been dominated by the two most ardent enemies throughout his life. But that moment of regret has no use to his own self. That is the time of accounting and he has to be answerable to the Almighty Allah for what he has made effort of in this Life.

A human being can attain to any level of material progress and excellence but he can never comprehend the sublime truths of the Transcendent World, such as the Hereafter, Angels, Reward or Retribution. Nor can he answer the most basic questions embedded in his subconscious about his own origin and destination. Where do billions of these people come from and wither do they perish after death? The human intellect simply has no answer! These fundamental issues were discussed only by Prophets and the Holy Messengers of Almighty Allah SWT who provided their logical and satisfactory answers, easily understood and accepted by the human intellect. Religion most naturally and effectively satiates the whole range of intellectual scrutiny; therefore, Islam is the most natural and logical of religions. Islam has not only laws and rules but also indepth knowledge and wisdom of our entire life and the knowledge of reality till the day of judgement and beyond til eternity. But by itself the human intellect cannot discern religion's sublime wisdom and reason without Prophetic blessings, which unveil Transcendental truths to be perceived and accepted by the intellect. Only Prophetic lights can establish the human-Lord relationship through His constant Zikr , Remembrances , Contemplation, Meditation , Fikr , Taddaboor , Tafakoor , Basaheer , Muhasaabah and most important of all Tazkiatun Nafs, The Purification of the Self.

It is not possible to fully comprehend the blessings and beneficence of the holy Prophet‑saw. A glimpse of his greatness is reflected in the fact that his company instantly infused Allah's Zikr in each cell of a believer's body. Every drop of blood, every breath, every movement, every perception, every hearing, every feelings, every touches, every sensory perception , every limb and the entire skin of a believer’s body was charged with Allah's Zikr. The Quran describes the condition of his-saw Companions, “So that their flesh and their hearts soften at Allah's remembrance,” - 39:23. It means that each cell of their bodies, from their outermost skins to the core of their hearts, started remembering Allah. Indeed, it is Allah's Zikr that bestows the vision to observe His greatness in every creation. Just by looking at a product you can appreciate the wisdom and ingenuity of the designers of cars, watches, houses and other machines; similarly, the lights and blessings of Allah's constant Zikr enlighten the human heart to observe Divine Glory in each straw and particle, the changing of the seasons, the movement of celestial bodies, the rise and fall of nations and all of the events of the world portray different shades of Divine Greatness before mankind. To observe the Creator in creation, however, one should be necessarily blessed with Prophetic beneficence gained through Allah's constant Zikr. Why is that every Muslim is obligatorily asked to be engaged in Zikirullah because only through the ZIkirullah that Almighty Allah SWT showers you with Mercy , Light , Blessings , Generosity , Transformation , Transferring into a World of New Divine Mercy and Beneficiency.

According to the Quran, the miraculous properties of the earth, the sky shading-over without support, the innumerable species of creatures residing within, the alternation of day and night and the unfailing, vast, miraculous universal system, all point towards the greatness of their Creator; but only for the one blessed with wisdom, Almighty Allah address to those who have the qualities of Ulool Absaar , Ulool Albaab, Ahlul Hikmah. “Those who constantly remember Allah, standing, sitting or reclining.” A human being will always be in one of these postures. This Divine verse implies that they are always engaged in Allah's Zikr under all conditions, at all times. Religious scholars have thus concluded that the alluded to verse doesn't refer to oral Zikr because the tongue cannot do Allah's Zikr all of the time; it has to translate many other human requirements, besides doing Zikr. Even if somebody doesn't speak a word except Allah's Zikr, his tongue will certainly remain quiet during his sleep. The only organ that can permanently perform Allah’s Zikr is the human heart and only Zikr-e Qalbi (Zikr by the heart) can fulfil the condition of constant Zikr. Another greater form of Zikir is the Zikir of the Breath, Once the heart and the breath acquires and  learns Allah's Zikr, it never stops at any time, under any circumstances. During the time of the holy Prophet-saw, a moment of his company was enough to acquire this blessing. His Companions similarly blessed the Taba’in and they in turn passed these blessings to the Tab’a Taba’in. The mere company of these exalted souls was sufficient to transfer this blessing or Barakah to their visitors. No further effort was required to achieve this excellence. However, after this glorious era, the strength of the teacher and absorption of the seeker both decreased. It therefore became necessary, as determined by the Mashaikh (spiritual teachers) that the teacher and the student must sit together. The teacher should perform Zikr on his Lataif and focus the Divine lights attending him, towards the seeker. This process is known as Tawajjuh (spiritual attention). The holy Prophet-saw didn't require giving special, conscious attention to any one. The sun doesn't have to make any effort to deliver its light, a person has only to come out to receive it. Similarly, the holy Prophet-saw didn't have to make any particular effort to give spiritual attention, the seeker had only to come to him to receive Prophetic Barakah. This spiritual power was retained by the Companions, the Taba’in and the Tab'a Taba’in, whereupon ended the period of automatic transfer of these blessings. Now a seeker had to strive hard to acquire them. The teacher and the seeker both engaged themselves in Zikr, the former gave spiritual attention and the latter tried to absorb the Barakah in his heart.By activating the Divine Zikir in your Qalb and your breath and subsequently you move on to the Zikir of Higher Consciousness your Soul and The Sirr will be filled with Zikirullah.

The Gnostics, The Way farer in the path of Almighty Allah, The Spiritual Guides , The Wali Wali Allah , The Mashaikh adopted different methods of Zikr. The method adopted by our Order is called ‘Pas Anfas’ or ‘The Guarded Breath’ The Induction of Divine Breath into the being of one self through the Method of Tanafas. And by this The Anfas gets activated by the Divine Holy Name and the Anfus and Nafas gets activated automaically. Each ingress should carry the word 'Allah' to the core of heart and every egress should bring the word 'Hu' out to strike the heart or the desired Latifah. That would create a rhythm of Allah Hu in every breath. You should however, not try to make these words with the sound of your breath, because the Zikr is not done with the breath. Do take a careful note that we do breathe vigorously, but only perform Zikr with the heart. Zikr is always done with the heart and only preliminarily  with the breath - breathing is one of the means. Now you may ask, ‘If we do Zikr with the heart, then why do we breathe vigorously?’ The reason is simple, the absorption of Divine lights in the blood is directly related to the body’s temperature - cold bodies do not absorb these lights. Someone can give spiritual attention to a dead person and illuminate each cell of his body, but as soon as their attention is withdrawn, all of the lights would be instantly gone - because the body has lost its heat. Similarly is the case of a living person, the heat already present in the body is not sufficient to accept and absorb these lights. If you breathe normally during Zikr, you would require considerable time, probably years, to absorb the lights and illuminate your Lataif [ the subtle centers in your inner self] . That too, if you engage in constant Zikr and your teacher possesses adequate spiritual power. “The fountain must contain sufficient water to saturate the flowerbed.

Uwais Al Qarnain [RA] was a great tabeeyin and a great lover of the Holy Prophet SAW and has a special connection with the Holy Prophet SAW Spiritually, and The Owaisiah Order has the closest and most direct connection with the holy Prophet‑saw and enables the seeker to access and absorb unlimited Barakah. There is a strong established relationship between this order and the Prophetic chain and this is confirmed through the incident whereby the Holy Prophet SAW sent his robe for Uwais Al Qarnain[RA] to pray for his entire ummah untill yaumul qiyamah. This shows clearly that he holds a great Secret with him for the ummah and the barakah given by Allah Almighty to connect them directly to Allah SWT.Therefore the Mashaikh (spiritual teachers) of this Order have prescribed that the seeker should breathe rapidly and vigorously to generate sufficient heat in the blood to illuminate, not one but all of the Lataif in a single Zikr session. It is not possible to hear Allah Hu in the sound of the breath. We breathe freely and spiritually perceive that each breath is carrying the word Allah inside and bringing the word Hu out. The vigorous breathing, coupled with body movement and mental concentration, generates ideal conditions for the heart's Zikr. Unless these three factors combine rhythmically, one doesn't fully benefit from Zikr. The absurd criticism of ignorant people about our method of Zikr does not merit any consideration because such critics do not possess the basic knowledge and comprehension. It requires a thorough knowledge of a subject to fully comprehend its details and to generate meaningful criticism.

Blessed are those with the Zikir of Breath and the Zikir of the Qalb and emphasise that Zikr is must begin with the breath then to be developed by the heart. The breath is drawn in vigorously to generate heat in the blood and complete attention is to be focused on Zikr - that is important. Otherwise you would be physically engaged in Zikr but mentally wandering elsewhere.Heart which is not present in any makes our ammal null and void. The core purpose of making Zikir is to Remember Him to be absorbed and devoted of your attention and greater focus on Almighty Allah SWT. The rhythm of body movement and along with mental concentration both combine with the heat generated by vigorous breathing to absorb the Barakah of the Shaikh in each cell of the body. For that reason, all distracting acts are prohibited during Zikr. If someone loses concentration or starts coughing or speaking or reciting Quranic verses or poetry during Zikr, the flow of Divine lights is immediately interrupted, therefore, it is extremely important to perform Zikr attentively and silently. One’s entire attention should be focused on the breath taking the word Allah inside and bringing the word Hu out.

I was amazed to hear someone explain the method as, "Raise the state of consciousness of the word Allah from your heart up to the 7th heavens begining the first heaven and then strike Hu down on your heart" - this is the appropriate step as we are denying all the powers from the 7th heaven to the 1st heaven and all of the creations in between the heavens and earth. Our Zikr method is very simple, and has to be combined with the Knowledge of the Zikir and its significance.Every ingress takes the word Allah inside and every egress brings out Allah Hu to strike the Latifah under Zikr, while vigorous and fast breathing generates heat in the body. At times, one feels disturbed by the heat and coughs or speaks to lessen its effect, while such acts and distractions no doubt reduce the heat, they also decrease the absorption of Divine lights. Heat is necessary to weld pieces of metals like iron and gold or melt them for fusion. Similarly, a certain degree of body heat is required to absorb Allah's lights that actually belong to the Ruh (the Spirit), the body serves only as its abode. Unless the body absorbs these lights, the Ruh cannot be illuminated and conversely, a radiant Ruh lights up the body. It just cannot happen that one of them is bright and the other is dark. They are so intimately united that they always undergo similar experiences. Whenever any member of the Order engages in Zikr in any corner of the world, he instantly starts receiving the spiritual attention (Tawajjuh) of the Mashaikh. Now, it shall be up to him to absorb that Tawajjuh in his Lataif. The more he coordinates his breath, body movement and mental concentration, the greater shall be his absorption and the more he absorbs the greater would be the flow of lights towards him.

There are numerous subject of indepth knowledge to be learnt about Zikir Nafas and Zikir Qlabu and then about the Zikir of the Roh [ All on the basis of Knowledge in complete confirmation of Al Quraan and Hadis]. We shall discuss them from time to time. But for the moment That is , in brief, is our method of Zikr. Those who hold the Robe of Permission (Sahib-e Majaz) and others who conduct Zikr sessions need most to understand the whole process properly. I have heard them explain different methods based on their own understanding and interpretation. Those who are present should listen carefully and convey to others that we do Zikr with the heart and with the breath only at beginning stage ; we breathe quickly to generate heat in the blood to absorb Divine Lights. The mind also joins the process by modulating 'Allah Hu' on every breath, so if the mind is inattentive the capacity of absorption decreases and the desired result is not achieved. It should be understood that reward and inner feelings are two different entities. A person who offers Salah according to its prescribed form at its proper time, even under compulsion and with total absence of mind and heart, will still deserve some Divine reward for fulfilling a religious obligation. But it is an entirely different experience to receive and absorb Divine lights related to this sublime worship. If anyone wants to feel and enjoy the Divine Presence in each moment of his Salah, he shall certainly need to devote greater attention and effort. Similarly, we don't only expect a reward for Allah's Zikr, we also desire a Divine Communion and the Light of His Countenance. We aspire to realise the Divine Presence as stated by the holy Prophet-saw, "Worship Allah as if you see Him.” We want to experience and eternalise the observation of the Divine Beatitude. The person, who doesn't want it, naturally doesn't have to put in any extra effort.

State of IHSAN is a state of consciousness of Muraqabah and Mushyahadah , to be always in the state of ZIkirullah as commanded by Almighty Allah SWT in Al Quran as in verse Ankabut Verse 45, Surah Ali Imran Verse 191-192  and many other verses it is clear that Zikirullah must be at all state of consciousness , even during your sleep [to avoid the influence of syaitan and evil dreams].You can not achieve that state of constant Remembrances without first gaining upper had knowledge of IHSAN. The Knowledge of IHSAN delivers your state of consciousness into total and continous state of remembrances of Almighty Allah SWT , with the empowerment of your sub conscious Mind with Zikirullah.

Allah command is clear and  ordains all  method of Zikr, [ provided you are fully focused and concentrated in Zikirullah without loosing attention and getting diverted from the act of Zikirullah. “Those who remember Allah, standing sitting and reclining “ - 3:191. Any  or all other methods of Zikir [ Silent , Loud , Deeper ]are permitted; nobody has the right to object to any of these. The Mashaikh of various Orders adopted different methods considering their relative usefulness in the light of their experiences. It is not proper to criticise any method that remains within the prescribed limits of Shari‘ah. We have no right to criticise others and similarly, nobody has the right to criticise us. It is necessary to criticise and stop anyone who crosses the religious limits under the pretext of Zikr but it is highly improper to object for the sake of objection. We are not obliged to satisfy such critics, nobody has the time and energy to tell and teach someone who doesn't want to know and learn.

Drown yourself into Remembrances of Almighty Allah as commanded and pratically proven by RasoolAllah SAW and devote your full attention to Zikr by your heart. Concentration, breathing and body movement should be rhythmically combined. Allah should accompany each in-coming breath to the depths of the heart and Hu should strike the Latifah under Zikr with each out-going breath, that is a simple way to explain our method of Zikr. Don't lose your attention or go to sleep during Zikr, that also precludes beneficence and interrupts the flow of Barakah. Do the Zikr attentively, vigorously; with speed and force, greater absorption would attract far greater blessings.

May Allah bless all of us with the grace of doing zikir at all times to Him and You will be with your LORD as long as you are in ZIkirullah [ Anna Maa'a abdi heena zakarni] Iam with my sevrant when he Remembers Me [ Hadis Al Qudsi].Keep your zikir alive in your breath and heart at all times.Ameen

Practice Sincerity in all Your deeds

Practise Sincerity in all our actions
Talk at TTS Saturday ZIkir and ILMU Mjalis - Weekly ILMU Majlis

What is IKHLAS?.How do we develop Sincerity in our deeds to Almighty Allah SWT. Where should sincerity originates from?. From your tongue, brain, heart or some where deep within you?. This is a very important matters that decides your destiny of all your deeds and thoughts before the Presence of Almighty Allah SWT.It is important to develop sincerity in all of our duties and responsibilities to Allah SWT.

One will never learn the methods of Developing SIncerity in all his ibadahs unless he has acquired the Knowledge of Divinity and This is shared to us only through The Arif Billah and The Gnostics of Almigty Allah. To develop sincerity of intention in all our actions to please no one but  Allah only .  the Ikhlas-i-Niyyat  means sincerity, i.e. to do all good deeds only for the sake of Allah and solely for winning His Pleasure.   Sincerity is a very important factor in the life of a Muslim,  for all his activities are judged only on the basis of his intention.  If it is good, the action is good.  and if the intention is something  other than the attainment of the Divine Approbation,  then the  deed is not reward able at all.  Sincerity can rightly be called the life and soul of the entire  moral edifice of Islam. So what is the Soul of ISLAM ?. It is the Tawheed , The Core of ISLAM lies in Tawheed , The Subject Oneness , not just learning Tawheed but to be in practicality of Tawheed, applying oneness in all multiplicity of Life and all activities in life.Tawheed means feeling Oneness , experiencing Oneness , Living with Oneness and doing all kinds of worships in Oneness and Tawheed is not limited to Ibadah only but at all moments of Life, we must be filled with Oneness. Now, what is the Life of ISLAM /. The Life of ISLAM is Iman , and that is solid platform to breed the fruits of Sincerity and What is the roots of Iman ? It is ZIkirullah and therefore looking at one angle all these Iman , ZIkirullah and Tawheed are inter related to Sincerity. If the action lacks sincerity however  dignified or pious it may be it will not fetch any reward from Allah.  The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam) says:
"O people! The reward of deeds depends upon the  intentions, and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended..... (Bukhari)
The Intentions if not planted with Sincerity will give forth a Tree which are not from the roots of Sincerity.Every seed that is planted will grow into a tree as per the quality of the seed. A good seed will result in good plant and eventually into a good lovely tree bearing hundreds if not in thousands of Fruits.

"If anyone's intention is to seek the hereafter  Allah will place his sufficiency in his heart and order  his affairs, and the world will come to him submissively; but if anyone's intention is to seekworldly good  Allah will place poverty before him and disorder his affairs, and only so much of it as has been ordained for him will come to him." (Mishkat)
The only incentive for a Muslim in the discharge of his  duties should therefore invariably be only the attainment of the  Pleasure of Allah, or in other words to obey His Commandments  only for the adoration of the Here after.
Allah is Omnipresent,  All-knowing, All-hearing. Nothing is  concealed from Him. He knows even the hidden secrets of our  hearts.  He is well aware of our intention, He knows the real  motives d all our actions. We can deceive a man but can never  deceive Him.  If we perform a deed only to carry out His order, seeking solely His Pleasure, He will accept it, and grant the  promised reward, but if the real incentive of the deed is some  worldly gain, He will reject it, be it even a prayer.
How to develop a Good Seed of Intention?. From the time we sow our seed into the land of Our Worships, we will watch the growth of the seed into a plant based on what we plant, what we sow, what we feed, what fertilizer we use and what kind of maintainences we adopt for the plant to grow to become a Fruit Giving Tree. Therefore a Good Seed followed by a proper process of taking care is very important.A Muslim is, hence, required to be on a constant watch of his intention and keep it always pure. A slight negligence may   lead him astray. The learned pious people said that if a man  observed fast to obtain some hygienic benefits or performed   Haj only to enjoy an excursion, or distributed all his wealth   among the needy only to gain good reputation, he would not be   honored by Allah, and would deserve no reward. Nay such a   fellow would be put to trials, We all know that the learning and   teaching of the Holy Quran, assisting the needy and being Wlled??  t in a battle waged in the Way of Allah, are most dignified actions  in the sight of Allah, and He has promised great rewards on,  But  even these virtuous deeds are not accepted by our Lord if the  motive prompt Hl gon??? the mare found other than the winning of   His Pleasure, the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi
Wasallam )   once said:

"Certain categories of people will be called first of all for reckoning on the Day of Judgment.  A martyr will be asked by Allah, "Did I not bestow such and such favors on you?"  He will admit those boons and favors.  Then Allah will ask him;  " How did you make use of My favors?  He will answer:   " I went to the Holy War to please You, and was killed therein."  Allah will say " You lie; you participated in the Holy War to be called a Hero by people, and this has been done."  Then he will be thrown headlong into the fire of Hell.
Next a Scholar will be called and the same questions will be put to him.  In reply he will admit the favors of Allah.  Then he will be asked;  " How did you make us of My favors?" He will answer, " I acquired knowledge of Islam and taught it to others, simply to please You"  Allah will say:  You lie; you attained knowledge in order to be called a scholar and recited the Holy Qur'an to be called a "Qaari."  the he too will be thrown headlong into the fir of Hell.
Thereafter a rich man will be called, and the same questions will be put to him. He will say:  " I always spent money to please You.  Allah will say:  you lie; you spend money in order to be called a "generous" man, and this has been said."  Then he will also be thrown headlong into the fire of Hell."
Vanity and Show of Deeds internal and Extrenal causes the acts of Shirk and Kufur of Allah's Tauheed. Therefore we should always avoid show and vanity, and should render our actions to only please Allah.
Similarly, Salaat is the best of all actions a servant can do, but even this prayer is rejected if it is performed only for the sake of show.    The Holy Quran says; lt. without sincerity, with  Let us, brothers, examine our intentions in the light of the above and let us resolve to be always sincere in all actions we   do. s   But remember sincerity itself is based on the belief in  Allah's Promises and on anover???  powering anxiety for winning His Pleasure. The stronger our belief is in His Promises the more sincerity we gain in our life. And when we call the people in complete sincerity towards Allah we shall deserve Divine Rewards on the one hand and on the other we shall get courage and fearlessness. May Allah grant us all to be most sincere.

The Greatness and Truth About Reality and Method of Zikirullah

Zikirullah is The Greatest Deed

According to the Quran, all of entire creation bears witness to Allah's Magnificence. Each element and every particle of this universe is a masterpiece of creation and a marvellous manifestation of Allah's Greatness. His Glory expresses itself generously and overtly in the multifarious nature of creation. The earth and the heavens, along with their peculiar characteristics, and the creation they sustain, under regular systems and patterns set since the Beginning, contain innumerable signs pointing towards Allah's Greatness. Why then, despite this explicit expression, does the majority of mankind fail to envision His Greatness, feels no attraction towards Him, as well as disregards His authority?.

The Arif Billah [ The Gnostic in the path of Allah], The Spiritual Guides , The Wali Wali Allah , The Mashaikh adopted different methods of Zikr. Each ingress should carry the word 'Allah' to the core of heart, deep bottom , height , walls of your heart  and every egress should bring the word 'Hu' out to strike the heart or the desired Latifah [ the center and maqam of Roh , Maqam of Qalbu , and Maqam of the Sirr]. That would create a rhythm of Allah Hu in every breath. You should however, not try to make these words with the sound of your breath, because the Zikr is done with the breath at preliminary level and then passed over to the heart then eventually to the Soul and then to The Highest of all the Zikir Maqam to the Sirr. Do take a careful note that we do breathe vigorously, but only perform Zikr with the heart. Zikr is always done with the heart and only at the begining with the breath - breathing is one of the means. If you breathe normally during Zikr, you would require considerable time, probably years, to absorb the lights and illuminate your Lataif. That too, if you engage in constant Zikr and your teacher possesses adequate spiritual power. “The fountain must contain sufficient water to saturate the flowerbed.
Therefore , you should create the heat of the Zikir warmness within your system and this will enable the Light of Divine Mercy for the Zikir to be inundated into your system.Practice vigorous breathing regularly in order to develop the pattern of heat and warmth to attract the light and Mercy of Divine into your breath and heart.
The Owaisiah Order has the closest and most direct connection with the holy Prophet‑saw and enables the seeker to access and absorb unlimited Barakah. Therefore the Mashaikh (spiritual teachers) of this Order have prescribed that the seeker should breathe rapidly and vigorously to generate sufficient heat in the blood to illuminate, not one but all of the Lataif in a single Zikr session. It is not possible to hear Allah Hu Allah  in the sound of the breath. We breathe freely and spiritually perceive that each breath is carrying the word Allah inside and bringing the word Hu Allah out. What does a vegetable seller knows the value of "CCC" valued diamond. He would give you a price of USD 20 for a stone that he thinks is equivalent to a stone sold at petaling street or china town market. But if you were to sell to a Buyer in Belgium at Diamond Purchasing center , a buyer would give you a value equivalent to USD 20 Million per stone. So too the verses of Al Quran mentioning about the 24 hour basis Zikir and constant Remembrance of Almighty Allah SWT , the alims and those who do not know the value of this verse would give you a very low price and at times do not know of any price at all or they may sell cheap as indicated by Almighty Allah in Al Quraan [ La Yastaru Ayatie thamanan kaleela].

I am addressing those who are blessed by Allah's grace with Zikir of the Breath and emphasise that Zikr is  done with the breath and enhanced by the heart. The breath is drawn in vigorously to generate heat in the blood and complete attention is to be focused on Zikr - that is important. Otherwise you would be physically engaged in Zikr but mentally wandering elsewhere. One’s entire attention should be focused on the breath taking the word Allah inside and bringing the word Hu out.The breath must flow in and out with Zikir , The tongue utters the Divine Word [ As Hadis mentions that those loved by Allah is the one who utters His Name and those keeps their tongue wet].The mind must run on the Knowledge of Divine Wisdom and Reality to keep the Zikir of the Heart, Breath and Tongue moving permanently in the remembrances of Almighty Allah SWT. Therefore seeking the knowledge of the Zikir of Allah is important as equal as doing the Zikir itself. An uttering tongue but a wandering Mind would give no impact to your Zikir, which eventually would be left as he finds no taste, therefore the knowledge to attain the blending of the utterances with the mental state of concentration is a must.

I was amazed to hear someone explain the method as, "Raise the word Allah from your heart up to travel to the heavens [ from first to the seven heavens] and humbly and Devotedly bring the Zikir Hu down on your heart" - this is a focused method of attracting the attention of your entire being into your consciousness! Our Zikr method is very simple, every ingress takes the word Allah inside and every egress brings out Allah Hu to strike the Latifah under Zikr, while vigorous and fast breathing generates heat in the body.

It is to be noted attentively, that all of the Ilms , Hikmah , Knowledge of Divinity , Knowledge of Reality and The Knowledge of Divine Sirr embedded in every creation must be brought to your mind to keep the Zikir moving on and on progressively untill you would visualize the Power of Kalimah La ILAHA ILLALLAH in everything that you see , you touch , you heart , you sense , you hear and you interact with in your daily life. Only by knowledge and Wisdom you can enhance the power of Zikirullah in your system to a larger and greater extend. If not you will loose the nimaat of the Zikir and those breathing will be a pushy effort from your end without the greater value , reward , benefits , significance of the Zikir in your entire being.

Note that , ZIkir of the Breath and Heart will never ever stop once its fully activated only physical body dies and will be buried to be decomposed but Breath and the Non Physical heart form the heavenly realm and has no death and it will remain with the soul [ Ruh].That, in brief, is our method of Zikr. We should have proper and accurate knowledge of Breath and heart Zikir until you are well versed in the field, half knowledge is dangerous and would lead you to doubtfulness , hypocrisy , lack of devotedness, improper submission , part surrender. Knowledge and Wisdom with Divine Knowledge and Reality will enhance one's consciousness and commitment into what you are holding with [ The Divine Breath].Those who hold the Robe of Permission (Sahib-e Majaz) and others who conduct Zikr sessions need most to understand the whole process properly. I have heard them explain different methods based on their own understanding and interpretation. Those who are present should listen carefully and convey to others that we do Zikr with the heart and only preliminarily  with the breath; we breathe quickly to generate heat in the blood to absorb Divine Lights. Similarly, we don't only expect a reward for Allah's Zikr, we also desire a Divine Communion and the Light of His Countenance, Mercy , Blessings, Miracles , Generosities , Health , Wisdom, Knowledge , Well Being , Reality , Power of Devotion , Power of Transformation , Power of Gratitude , Power of Sincerity , Power of Surrender, Spiritual Determination, Ascension to greater height of heavenly realm. Almighty Allah SWT is so Rich and Powerful and his blessings are vast and limitless, instaed of asking and requesting for small nutty deals go for a greater blessings ask Allah SWT for entire Light as high as First heaven and as deep as seas and oceans of wealth and gold and then contribute and do the maximum  for Almighty Allah SWT , The Prophet SAW and His Holy Religion and the Ummah.

We should seek Divine Proximity, Divine attention, Divine Presence and Divine Protection. The highets of all maqam is the state of IHSAN. That you See Him and you be conscious of Allah's Presence and Seeing of you all the time. We aspire to realise the Divine Presence as stated by the holy Prophet-saw, "Worship Allah as if you see Him.” We want to experience and eternalise the observation of the Divine Beatitude. The person, who doesn't want it, naturally doesn't have to put in any extra effort.

Allah has ordained constant Remembrance wherever you are and whatever conditions that you are engaged in,any kind of method of Zikr [ as long as you are focused, concentrated attentive , Aware of Divine Blessings] and as long as you derive the maximum benefit out of the zikir , “Those who remember Allah, standing sitting and reclining “ - 3:191. There shall only be one restriction. Any form of Zikr which prejudices any religious injunction or causes any distraction or disturbance for others is not allowed. Except those particularly prohibited by the holy Prophet-saw, all other methods are permitted; nobody has the right to object to any of these. The main purpose of the Zikir is to Remember Almighty Allah with your heart and full of attention towards what you are doing with Sincerity and Devotedness [ You should be ware of being forgetful and diversions of thoughts as they are caused by syaitan and nafs so that you dont derive the full benefits of the Zikirullah and atlast you abandon the Most worthy and highly recommended ibadah.Sincerity will not be achieved without Knowledge of Tawheed. All our deeds must be strengthened by Knowledge and Hikmah. So all our worships be it Zikir or any deeds must be enhanced and lighted by knowledge and Wisdom.

Seek Knowledge and Wisdom and attain Divine proximity, devote your full attention to Zikr by your heart. Concentration, breathing and body movement should be rhythmically combined. Allah should accompany each in-coming breath to the depths of the heart and Hu Allah should strike the Latifah under Zikr with each out-going breath, that is a simple way to explain our method of Zikr. Don't lose your attention or go to sleep during Zikr, that also precludes beneficence and interrupts the flow of Barakah. Do the Zikr attentively, vigorously; with speed and force, greater absorption would attract far greater blessings.

May Allah Forgive me and  be with you and protect you. Ameen Ya Rabbal Alameen. Al Fatheha .
